Hello and welcome to our site about black garlic! We want to present information about black garlic – what it is, how it’s made, how to use it and where to buy it! However, every site I have seen about black garlic is informative, but boringly so – we are trying to change that!. Black garlic has been called the new “It” food product/seasoning but we are more interested in having fun with the thing! If you have never tasted black garlic, you should try and do it as soon as you can – it has an amazing flavor that, I think, can be described as “garlic candy”. Sticky to the touch, lovely to the eye, it also has a delicious flavor right into the mouth. Get some black garlic and put a clove in your mouth – no need to cook or prepare further, though that will yield all kinds of wonderful results – just taste the clove and appreciate the wonder of something so savory, sweet and delicious that you will wonder where it’s been all your life!
