4 teaspoons Obis One black garlic chili powder
3 teaspoons Obis One black garlic sea salt
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
3 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon oregano
This batch of seasoning was cooked with 2 pounds of nice lean ground beef (browned and drained), two cans of beans and a large can of crushed tomatoes. Normally I would drain and rinse canned beans, but in a quick chili like this, I think the “bean juice” in the can gives it some extra flavor and helps thicken the pot (though I know it also adds extra salt). Put it all together and simmer for a half-hour or so. Delicious!
